Job Description:
TRIONLIFE is recruiting Regional Sales Managers (also known as Field Sales Managers) in all 36 Nigerian states to lead, train, supervise, and motivate field sales reps responsible for marketing and delivering our herbal wellness products. This is a strategic leadership role focused on team building, performance supervision, and field operations management.
As the head of state-based operations, you will be the main contact and coordinator for all field marketers in your region, ensuring they hit sales targets, follow protocols, and represent the brand effectively. You will also liaise directly with company management, support team performance, and enforce company policies.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of Field Sales Representatives in your assigned state.
- Recruit, onboard, train, and monitor field marketers on product knowledge, sales tactics, and delivery procedures.
- Set daily/weekly/monthly performance goals and ensure targets are met.
- Provide ongoing motivation, support, and disciplinary oversight for the team.
- Coordinate the distribution of products to field marketers and track stock movement.
- Ensure all deliveries and collections are accurate and accounted for.
- Provide performance reports, sales data, and feedback to company headquarters.
- Represent TRIONLIFE in your region with professionalism and integrity.
- Step in to support deliveries when necessary.
- Monitor market trends, customer feedback, and competitors’ activities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, including money handling and KYC.
- Organize periodic meetings with your team to review performance and resolve issues.
Requirements
- Must reside in the state you’re applying to manage.
- Proven experience in field sales, team management, or network marketing (minimum 2 years).
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to drive performance and handle field-based operations.
- Must possess:
- Valid NIN
- BVN
- A verifiable address
- Government-issued ID
- Full biodata / CV
- 2 credible guarantors with verified addresses and NIN
- Must be ready to sign a formal legal agreement with TRIONLIFE (via company legal representatives).
- Strong sense of accountability and integrity.
- Must be willing to train, travel within your region, and resolve sales field challenges.
- Familiarity with herbal, wellness, or health-related products is a plus.
- Digital literacy is an advantage (WhatsApp, Google Sheets, basic CRM use, etc.)
