Job Description:

Manage full-cycle recruitment for all positions within the company.

– Source candidates using job boards, social media, and referrals.

– Screen CVs, conduct interviews, and manage candidate relationships.

– Administer background checks and reference checks for new hires.

– Work closely with department heads to understand hiring needs.

– Update and maintain recruitment databases and reporting systems.

– Assist in the onboarding process for new employees.

– Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₦200,000.00 per month
