Job Description:

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Recruitment Business Consultant to join our growing team. This role involves developing and managing client relationships, understanding hiring needs, sourcing top-tier talent, and delivering exceptional recruitment solutions. The ideal candidate must be a strong communicator, commercially aware, and passionate about people and business development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, approach, and onboard new clients for recruitment and HR consulting services.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers in client organizations.
  • Understand client requirements and provide strategic hiring solutions tailored to their needs.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including job briefing, candidate sourcing, screening, shortlisting, interviews, and offer negotiation.
  • Maintain and update the internal candidate and client database (CRM).
  • Meet and exceed revenue targets through effective business development and recruitment strategies.
  • Attend client meetings (virtually or physically), networking events, and represent the company professionally.
  • Provide market insights and salary benchmarks to clients where necessary.
  • Prepare and present recruitment proposals, reports, and candidate assessments.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a related HR function.
  • Proven experience in a client-facing, business development, or consulting role.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Target-driven and confident in closing deals and placements.
  • Good knowledge of recruitment platforms (LinkedIn, job boards, ATS systems).
  • Ability to manage multiple roles and clients simultaneously.
  • Must be based in Lagos and open to hybrid working arrangements.

Preferred:

  • Experience working in a recruitment agency or consulting firm.
  • Existing client network or ability to generate leads independently.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₦150,000.00 – ₦160,000.00 per month
