Job Description:

The Receptionist is the first point of contact for visitors and clients and is responsible for creating a welcoming and professional environment. The role includes managing the front desk, handling incoming calls, directing visitors, and performing various administrative tasks to support the smooth operation of the office.

  • Minimum Qualification : OND
  • Experience Level : Entry level
  • Experience Length : 2 years

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome guests, clients, and visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate departments.
  • Manage the front desk, including receiving deliveries and distributing mail.
  • Maintain the reception area’s cleanliness and appearance.
  • Schedule appointments and manage meeting room bookings.
  • Assist with administrative support tasks such as data entry, filing, photocopying, and document preparation.
  • Handle basic inquiries and provide accurate information about the company or services.
  • Monitor visitor access and issue visitor passes when necessary.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to support daily operations.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of OND in any course of study
  • 2 years of experience
