KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
1.Guest check-in/out
Ensure all the check-ins are completed by time and assist guests with their queries during check-out.
Verify guest identities and confirm bookings as per the system records.
2.Communication
Answer calls and emails promptly and professionally.
Update guests about any special house rules or offers
3.Daily Reports
provide a summary of daily check-ins, check-outs, and guest feedback.
2: HOUSEKEEPER
1. Room Cleaning
Clean the room thoroughly after each guest checks out and prepare them for new arrivals.
Ensure all cleaning supplies are stocked and used appropriately
2. Linen and supplies
Replace linens and towels as per the schedule.
Notify Management if supplies are running low
3.General Maintenance
Report any damages or maintenance issues in the property immediately
Ensure common areas are clean and welcoming at all times.
QUALIFICATIONS
Experience in Hospitality
Strong Work ethics and attention to details
A degree is a plus but not required
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₦50,000.00 – ₦65,000.00 per month
