KINGRES Properties Ltd is seeking a dynamic and result-driven Real Estate Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating bookings for our short let apartments and luxurious car rentals, selling our landed properties and houses, and driving the overall growth of the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate bookings and revenue for short let apartments and luxurious car rentals.
- Market and sell landed properties and houses.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients and property owners.
- Create and implement marketing strategies to drive sales.
- Actively contribute to the growth and expansion of the company.
- Meet set targets and objectives in sales and bookings.
- Provide regular updates and reports on performance.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in real estate, particularly in short let apartments and property sales.
- Strong network and ability to generate leads.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Target-driven with a passion for achieving results.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to work full-time and meet performance-based targets.
