Job Description/Requirements

The Quality Control and Assurance Manager at our bottling facility is responsible for ensuring that all products meet the company’s quality standards and regulatory requirements. This role oversees all aspects of quality control during the production process, from raw materials to finished products, ensuring consistency.

• Working Hours : Rotating Schedule

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the day-to-day quality control operations within the bottling facility.
• Monitor all stages of the production process, including raw material inspections, in-process testing, and final product evaluations.
• Ensure that finished products comply with company specifications, regulatory guidelines, and industry standards.
• Conduct regular quality audits to ensure adherence to quality control procedures and best practices.
• Ensure proper documentation of quality control tests and results for traceability and compliance.
• Implement and oversee testing procedures for raw materials, in-process items, and finished goods to ensure product quality.
• Analyze laboratory results and product samples to verify that the products meet safety, quality, and consistency standards.
• Develop and validate testing methods for new products, materials, and production processes.
• Identify and resolve any quality-related issues or product defects during the production process.

Requirements:

• 3 years experience
• HND/Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Chemistry, Biology or a related field.
• Professional certifications in quality management (e.g. Six Sigma ISO 9001) are a plus.
