2. Position Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented Quality Assurance Engineer who will play a key role in testing and validating fintech products before release. You will design and execute test plans, find and document bugs, and collaborate with developers and product teams to ensure a seamless experience for end users.

3. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain test plans, test cases, and scripts (manual and automated).
• Conduct functional, integration, regression, and performance testing.
• Collaborate with developers and product managers to identify quality benchmarks.
• Detect, document, and track bugs; manage defect lifecycle in Jira or similar tools.
• Verify compliance with user stories, technical specs, and UI/UX standards.
• Maintain test environments and participate in release cycles.

4. Qualifications

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

Experience:

• 2–4 years of experience in software testing, preferably in fintech or SaaS.
• Hands-on experience with tools like Selenium, Postman, JMeter, or similar.
• Familiarity with CI/CD workflows and Agile development.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.

Skills:

• Excellent attention to detail.
• Understanding of web and mobile application testing.
• Ability to write clear bug reports and testing documentation.
• Team collaboration and time management skills.
