QC Officer, Laboratory and Production

We seek a suitable candidate for this position.

• Minimum Qualification : Degree
• Experience Level : Senior level
• Experience Length : 5 years

Responsibilities:

• Chemical Analysis: Conduct routine and specialized chemical analyses on raw materials, intermediates, and finished products using various analytical techniques.
• Quality Control: Monitor and assess product quality through regular sampling and testing.
• Instrumentation Operation: Operate and maintain laboratory instruments.
• Data Recording and Reporting: Record and interpret data accurately, maintaining detailed laboratory notebooks and electronic/digital records.
• Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines in the laboratory.
• Conduct physical, chemical, and microbiological testing of raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products.
• Operate and calibrate laboratory instruments such as pH meters, HPLCs, spectrophotometers, etc.
• Document test results accurately in compliance with Good Laboratory Practices (GLP).
• Review and approve laboratory test results and reports.
• Investigate laboratory deviations and out-of-specification (OOS) results.
• Support method validation and stability testing when required.

Production Quality Control:

• Perform in-process quality checks during various stages of production to ensure compliance with product specifications.
• Monitor production lines to detect deviations or non-conformities and take corrective action.
• Inspect and sample raw materials, packaging materials, and finished goods.
• Ensure proper implementation of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) on the production floor.
• Collaborate with the production team to identify root causes of quality issues and implement continuous improvement measures.

Requirements:

• 5 years of experience
• Degree in a related field
