Job Description:

We are seeking a meticulous and proactive QA Engineer to join our growing technology team. In this role, you will help maintain high software quality standards by developing and executing automated and manual tests, identifying bugs, and collaborating closely with developers and product teams. You will play a critical role in driving test strategy, maintaining test environments, and ensuring exceptional user experiences across Thelix’s product ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, execute, and maintain automated and manual test cases for web and mobile applications.
• Identify, document, and track bugs, and collaborate with development teams to ensure resolution.
• Design and implement robust test strategies for functional, regression, performance, and API testing.
• Support Test-Driven Development (TDD) and integrate testing into CI/CD pipelines.
• Use tools such as Selenium, JIRA, Postman, and TestNG to facilitate efficient and reliable testing.
• Perform end-to-end API testing, database validation, and cross-platform testing as needed.
• Analyze test results, prepare test reports, and ensure product stability before releases.
• Participate in sprint planning and contribute to the overall quality assurance strategy.

Required Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in software quality assurance or software testing.
• Strong knowledge of manual and automated testing methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with testing tools like Selenium, Postman, JIRA, and TestNG.
• Experience with API testing and database validation (e.g., SQL queries).
• Understanding of CI/CD workflows and tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions).
• Familiarity with Agile development practices and sprint-based testing cycles.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Experience with mobile application testing (iOS/Android).
• Knowledge of performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter, LoadRunner).
• Familiarity with scripting languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript) for test automation.
• Exposure to cloud-based testing environments or containers (e.g., Docker).
