Job Description:

Pump Attendant’s primary duties revolve around providing efficient and safe fuel dispensing, excellent customer service, and maintaining the fuel station’s cleanliness and safety. This includes pumping fuel, processing payments, and sometimes offering additional services like windshield cleaning.

Responsibilities:

* Dispensing the correct amount of fuel to customers’ vehicles.

* Handling cash and credit/debit card transactions, and issuing receipts.

– Greeting customers, assisting with their needs, and providing a positive experience.

– Keeping the fuel station area clean and organized.

– Checking fuel pumps for malfunctions and reporting them.

– Adhering to strict safety rules and procedures, especially regarding flammable fuel.

Requirements:

– SSCE/NABTEB/OND or related qualification with experience as pump attendant in a filling station

– Ability to work independently and as part of a team

– Providing excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

– Maintaining accurate records of fuel sales and other transactions.
