Lead and manage end-to-end proposal/bid submissions·

Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather input·

Ensure compliance with client RFP/RFQ requirements·

Draft, review, and edit compelling proposals·

Maintain and update proposal templates and relevant documents·

Approves the cost estimate of internally performed activities developed by the Estimator(s) and Procurement and based on the evaluations made by the other technical departments (engineering, procurement, assets management· Organizes and holds the bid kick-off meeting

Defines the bid cost structure, with the support of the Estimator(s) and Procurement.

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Port Harcourt: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:

• hands-on : 8 years (Required)
• industry : 10 years (Required)

Willingness to travel: 75% (Preferred)
