This is a full-time on-site role for a Project Supervisor at DJIN HOMES & SECURITY LTD in Eti Osa. The Project Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating daily project activities, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget, and maintaining quality standards. They will also communicate with stakeholders, manage resources, and provide leadership to project teams.

Qualifications

• Project management, Planning, and Organizational skills
• Must reside on the Island
• Communication and Leadership skills
• Problem-solving and Decision-making skills
• Construction or Engineering background
• Experience in managing construction projects
• Knowledge of building codes and regulations
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field

Salary:150,000 monthly
