Job Description:

Manage and coordinate all aspects of construction projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily construction activities, ensuring alignment with project timelines and specifications.
• Coordinate with contractors, architects, engineers, and suppliers to ensure seamless project execution.
• Monitor project budgets and resource allocation, reporting variances to management.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards and building codes.
• Resolve on-site challenges promptly to minimize delays and cost overruns.
• Prepare progress reports and communicate project updates to stakeholders.

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of working experience
• Proven track record as a Project Supervisor
• HND/BSc. in a relevant course of study

Real Estate NGN 150,000 – 250,000

• Minimum Qualification : HND
• Experience Level : Mid level
• Experience Length : 3 years
• Working Hours : Full Time
