Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Support early project planning by integrating community relations (CR), stakeholder management, and non-technical risks (NTRs).
- Coordinate with the CR Adviser to include community and social content in project plans and execution strategies.
- Ensure smooth site access and exit (CTS) for HI activities.
- Track community content commitments and implementation across all contractors.
- Compile reports on community opportunities and contributions for regulatory bodies like NCDMB.
- Maintain strong relationships with community groups and monitor local developments.
- Manage community complaints and maintain an updated issues database.
- Help review and update social performance risks with the CR Adviser.
- Carry out other duties as assigned by the CR Adviser & NTR Integration team.
Qualifications:
- Education: BSc. Degree or equivalent
- Experience: Minimum of 7 years in the oil and gas industry
Required Skills & Competencies:
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Stakeholder and community engagement
- Conflict resolution
- Data tracking and reporting
- Familiarity with social performance and risk tools (e.g., Easy Risk)
Pay: ₦700,000.00 – ₦1,000,000.00 per month
