PROJECT MANAGER [ INTERIOR DESIGNER ]

Job Description:
This hybrid role combines design expertise with project management skills to oversee interior design projects from conception through execution. The successful candidate will work remotely during the design and planning phases, and be available for on-site supervision when active projects are in progress.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop interior design concepts and present ideas through mood boards, sketches, and 3D visualizations.
- Prepare detailed drawings, layouts, and specifications using AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar software.
- Source and select materials, furniture, fittings, and finishes within budget.
- Create and manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, contractors, and other stakeholders.
- Monitor project execution to ensure quality, adherence to design specifications, and timely delivery.
- Provide regular updates and reports to the management and clients.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of proven experience in interior design and project management.
- Proficiency in design and project management software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, MS Project, etc.).
- Strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects remotely.
- Flexibility to visit sites and work on-location when needed.
Work Schedule:
- Remote work during planning/design phases.
- On-site work required during active project execution.
Job Type: Full-time,hybrid
Pay: ₦200,000.00 – ₦250,000.00 per month
