Job Description:

As the Project Manager, you will be responsible for providing administrative and operational support for the launch of a growing football-focused media platform. The ideal candidate will work closely with the business lead production team and the consultant to ensure timelines are met, tasks are completed, and projects move forward seamlessly.

The role is highly administrative, requires coordination skills, and the candidate will play a key support role in operationalising activities related to documentation, sponsorship decks and internal tracking systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee project timelines and deliverables related to the platform relaunch, ensuring all key milestones are tracked and met.
  • Support the creation, preparation and implementation of internal documents (e.g., show concepts, pitch decks, production timelines, internal templates).
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including production, marketing, and design, to ensure all moving parts are aligned and progressing on schedule.
  • Manage weekly progress updates and check-ins with consultants and stakeholders, ensuring accountability and timely execution of agreed-upon tasks.
  • Serve as the administrative lead for the relaunch, handling scheduling, document version control, task reminders, and internal communication flow.
  • Monitor project risks or roadblocks, proactively proposing solutions or adjustments to ensure continuity.
  • Maintain an up-to-date project dashboard or tracker, providing visibility on timelines, ownership, and progress for all stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with the COO to ensure that production-related activities are properly supported and deadlines are met.
  • Assist in quality assurance reviews of deliverables (e.g., ensuring decks, templates, and documents are editable, accurate, and standardised).
  • Other responsibilities as assigned by management.

Qualifications and Professional Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management, operations, or business support roles.
  • Experience in media, events, or fast-paced startup environments is an advantage.

Work Mode: hybrid (In-Person Once or Twice A week)

Work Hours: Monday- Friday (9:00 AM-5:00 pm)

Job Type: Full-time 

Pay: ₦500,000.00 per month
