Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and manage oil and gas projects from initiation to completion.
• Develop project scope, objectives, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with company goals.
• Coordinate and manage cross-functional teams, contractors, and stakeholders.
• Monitor project progress, performance, and compliance with industry standards.
• Ensure adherence to safety regulations and risk management protocols.
• Track project costs, budgets, and resource allocation to optimize efficiency.
• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Provide regular project reports and updates to senior management.
• Foster strong relationships with clients, vendors, and regulatory bodies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in the oil and gas industry.
• A relevant certification such as PMP is an added advantage.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and software.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Proficiency in MS Office, Google Suites, and project management software.
