Job Description:

We are seeking a Project Manager with 2-3 years of experience to oversee and drive projects from initiation to completion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering projects on time and within scope while ensuring alignment with business goals. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage resources, and proactively address challenges to ensure project success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and oversee projects from initiation to completion.
• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and business leaders.
• Monitor project progress and address risks or roadblocks proactively.
• Maintain and update project documentation, reports, and dashboards.
• Ensure clear communication between stakeholders, providing regular updates.
• Implement best practices and tools to optimize project workflows.
• Conduct post-project evaluations and identify areas for improvement.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 2-3 years of experience in project management.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
• Proficiency in project management tools like Jira, Trello, Asana, or Monday.com.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Basic knowledge of budgeting, resource planning, and risk assessment.

Preferred Qualifications (Nice-to-Have):

• Certification in PMP, CAPM, or Agile methodologies.
• Experience managing technology or software development projects.
• Familiarity with cloud-based collaboration tools (Google Workspace, Slack, Microsoft Teams).

Knowledge of data analytics and reporting tools.
