Job Description:

• Tutor theoretical and practical knowledge on project planning and scheduling, risk management, resource allocation, budgeting and cost management, quality management and stakeholder management.
• Teach project management tools and techniques, including Agile methodologies (Scrum), Project Management Professional (PMP) certification, Asana, Trello, Jira e.t.c
• Develop and update course materials, including syllabi, lesson plans, and daily assessments
• Provide guidance and support to students, including mentoring and coaching.
• Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback
• Collaborate with other tutors and staff members to achieve academy goals
• Participate in curriculum development, reviews and webinars
• Develop and teach case studies and real-world examples of project management in action
• Encourage students to work on real-world projects and provide guidance and support.

Requirements :

• Minimum 2 years of proven experience in project management
• Professional certification in Project Management (PMP, Agile, etc.)
• Proven experience teaching or mentoring students in project management
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Strong knowledge of project management tools, software, principles, methodologies, and best practices
