Job Description:

Develop and deliver structured lessons on project management principles, methodologies, and tools (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, PMP, PRINCE2).

Provide one-on-one coaching and group sessions to help students grasp key project management concepts.

Design and assess assignments, quizzes, and case studies to measure student understanding.

Prepare students for industry-recognized certifications such as PMP, CAPM, PRINCE2, or Agile certifications.

Offer real-world examples and case studies to illustrate project management best practices.

Stay updated with the latest industry trends and incorporate them into teaching materials.

Provide constructive feedback to students to improve their project management knowledge and application.

Maintain student records and track progress to ensure successful learning outcomes.

Job Requirements & Qualifications

You have at least two to five years of work experience.

Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree.

Relevant certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, Agile (Scrum Master, PMI-ACP) are highly desirable.

Strong knowledge of project management tools like MS Project, Jira, Trello, Asana, or Monday.com.

Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts.

Passion for mentoring and guiding students in their learning journey.

Proven experience in project management and/or teaching project management courses is desirable.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₦120,000.00 per month
