Key Responsibilities

• Curriculum Development: Design and deliver structured lessons tailored to students’ learning objectives, backgrounds, and skill levels.
• Instruction & Mentorship: Provide clear, engaging, and practical instruction on project management principles, methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Scrum, etc.), tools, and best practices.
• Feedback & Assessment: Evaluate student assignments, projects, and case studies, offering constructive feedback to improve their skills and understanding.
• Industry Insights: Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in project management to ensure course content remains relevant.
• Skill Development: Mentor students in project planning, risk management, budgeting, stakeholder communication, and leadership skills.
• Student Support: Create a supportive learning environment that encourages active participation, problem-solving, and continuous improvement.
• Progress Monitoring: Track student performance, assess learning outcomes, and provide progress reports to management.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
• Experience: Proven experience as a tutor, trainer, or working professional in project management.
• Technical Skills: Strong understanding of project management methodologies, software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira, Trello), and industry standards (PMBOK, PRINCE2).
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts.
• Adaptability: Ability to tailor teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles.
