Key Responsibilities:
1. Project Planning and Coordination: Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation. – Coordinate project activities and ensure alignment with project objectives and client requirements. – Monitor project progress and identify potential risks or issues, implementing mitigation strategies as needed.
2. Stakeholder Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with project stakeholders, including clients, team members, and external partners. – Facilitate communication between stakeholders to ensure clarity of project goals, expectations, and deliverables.
3. Resource Management: Allocate resources effectively to support project objectives and meet deadlines. – Track resource utilization and identify opportunities for optimization or reallocation.
4. Quality Assurance: Implement quality assurance processes to ensure deliverables meet established standards and client expectations. – Conduct regular reviews and inspections to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
5. Risk Management: Identify potential risks and uncertainties associated with project execution and develop risk mitigation plans. – Proactively monitor and assess project risks throughout the project lifecycle, taking appropriate actions to minimize impact.
6. Reporting and Documentation: Prepare regular progress reports and status updates for project stakeholders, highlighting key milestones, achievements, and challenges. – Maintain accurate project documentation, including project plans, meeting minutes, and change requests.
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business administration, or a related field.
– Proven experience in project management, preferably in the engineering or construction industry.- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and best practices.- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
– Proficiency in project management tools and software Primavera
– PMP certification is a plus.
