Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Project Management Officer (PMO) with manufacturing industry experience to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be instrumental in overseeing and facilitating the successful execution of projects within our organization. The ideal candidate will possess a robust understanding of project management methodologies and tools, coupled with a strong technical background that enables them to communicate effectively with both engineering and production team. You will be responsible for ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget while adhering to quality standards. Your technical acumen will allow you to bridge the gap between project management and technical execution, ensuring that project plans are realistic and adaptable to changing requirements. You will also play a key role in identifying potential risks and issues, developing mitigation strategies, and fostering continuous improvement through project evaluations. As a PMO, you will collaborate closely with Project Manager to align project goals with organizational objectives and drive innovation across projects. Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets with the production and engineering team.
• Monitor project progress and performance, making adjustments as necessary.
• Facilitate communication between technical teams and stakeholders.
• Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies.
• Ensure compliance with organizational project management standards and methodologies.
• Prepare comprehensive project documentation and reports for management.
• Lead project meetings and ensure action items are followed through.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Demonstrated experience in project management, preferably in a manufacturing environment, 3D Printing knowledge and experience is a plus.
• Strong understanding of project management software and tools.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
• Proficient in risk management and conflict resolution techniques.
• PMP certification or similar project management certification is a plus.

Pay: ₦400,000.00 – ₦500,000.00 per month
