Job Description:
Responsibilities:
*Develop architectural designs and plans for construction projects.
*Collaborate with clients, engineers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements.
*Create detailed drawings, specifications, and construction documents.
*Ensure designs comply with building codes, zoning laws, and other regulations.
*Oversee the construction process to ensure adherence to plans and quality standards.
*Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress and resolve issues.
*Provide technical guidance and support to project teams.
Qualifications:
*Master’s Degree and Bachelor’s degree in Architecture
*Minimum of 8 years of experience in architectural designs.
*Strong portfolio showcasing previous architectural projects.
*Proficiency in architectural design software (AutoCAD, Revit, etc.).
*Excellent creative, technical, and problem-solving skills.
*Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
*Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction practices.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₦350,000.00 – 400,000
Master’s Degree is a MUST
Architecture: 8 years (Required)
Location: Victoria Island Lagos
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Lagos: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
