PROJECT ANALYST

Job Description:

The ideal candidate will have a background in project analysis, coordination, or management, along with strong experience supporting cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, complex corporate environment. In this role, the Project Analyst will be crucial in ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Planning & Coordination: Help create, track, and update project plans, timelines, and milestones.
• Data Analysis & Reporting: Monitor project progress, analyze data, and provide reports with insights for improvements.
• Risk & Issue Management: Identify risks, collaborate with teams to resolve them, and keep stakeholders informed.
• Resource & Budget Management: Assist in managing resources and budgets to optimize efficiency and control costs.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with project managers, team leaders, and external partners to ensure project success.
• Project Governance: Ensure adherence to best practices and project management processes.
• Continuous Improvement: Help improve project processes by documenting lessons learned and implementing improvements.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Management, or related field. Project Management certification (e.g., PMP, CAPM) is a plus.
• Experience: 2 to 5 years of experience in project analysis, coordination, or management, preferably in a corporate setting.
• Technical Skills: Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, JIRA, Asana) and proficiency in Excel.
• Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze data and provide actionable recommendations.
• Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills to work with senior leaders and teams.
• Project Management Knowledge: Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project management methods.
• Organizational Skills: Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects efficiently.
• Knowledge of data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI is a plus.
• Experience working in large-scale corporate environments or conglomerates.
• Experience managing projects across multiple sectors.
