We’re seeking a proactive and strategic Program and Operations Manager to lead project execution and enhance operational efficiency across the organization.

Role Overview:
As the Program and Operations Manager, you will oversee the coordination, execution, and delivery of multiple software development projects while ensuring the smooth running of daily business operations. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to align execution with business goals and drive performance across departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full project lifecycle for multiple app development initiatives
• Streamline operational processes and improve internal workflows
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and external partners to ensure timely delivery
• Track project timelines, deliverables, budgets, and performance metrics
• Identify and mitigate risks, resolve operational and project-related issues
• Lead process improvement initiatives to boost efficiency and accountability
• Work with senior leadership on strategic planning, resource allocation, and reporting
• Ensure clear communication and progress updates across all stakeholders

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in program or operations management, ideally in a tech or app development environment
• Strong command of project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana) and Agile/Scrum frameworks
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, hybrid work environment
• Analytical and detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₦350,000.00 – ₦500,000.00 per month
