 Responsibilities

• Oversee the production process of bamboo pulp sheets, ensuring efficiency and quality
• Supervise and manage production staff to meet performance and output targets
• Monitor machinery and troubleshoot issues to ensure minimal downtime
• Enforce safety, environmental, and regulatory standards
• Coordinate with relevant departments for seamless production flow
• Maintain accurate records and prepare detailed production reports
