Job Description:

The Production Pharmacist will oversee and manage the manufacturing processes of pharmaceutical products, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations. The role involves supervising production lines, maintaining product quality, and working with cross-functional teams to ensure efficiency and adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily pharmaceutical production activities and ensure timely execution.
• Ensure all production processes comply with GMP, regulatory, and safety standards.
• Monitor equipment and facility maintenance for continuous production efficiency.
• Maintain accurate production documentation and batch records.
• Collaborate with QA/QC departments to resolve production issues and ensure product quality.
• Assist in the validation and calibration of manufacturing processes and equipment.
• Implement continuous improvement strategies in production operations.
• Train and supervise production staff.

Requirements:

• Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm) and full registration with PCN.
• Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing.
• Sound knowledge of GMP, production protocols, and SOPs.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
