Job Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Production Personnel to manage and oversee the end-to-end production process. This role involves sourcing fabrics, coordinating production tasks, keeping order records, maintaining communication with customers, and handling deliveries efficiently

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and oversee daily fashion production activities to ensure timely delivery.
• Monitor quality control throughout the production process to uphold brand standards.
• Liaise with tailors, vendors, and logistics teams to streamline operations.
• Track inventory of raw materials and finished products, and support procurement when needed.
• Maintain accurate production records and update status reports.
• Assist in organizing and managing fittings, quality checks, and dispatches.
• Ensure production meets established deadlines and budget constraints.
• Handle customer service inquiries related to production and delivery timelines.
• Collaborate with the design and sales teams to ensure alignment between product development and client expectations.
• Adhere to and promote safety, hygiene, and compliance standards.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in fashion production or logistics is an advantage.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and within a team.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
• Familiarity with Afro-centric fashion is a plus.
