We are seeking an experienced Production Manager to oversee operations at its Onitsha and Asaba facilities. The ideal candidate will manage factory production, logistics, and process optimization to ensure efficiency, compliance, and sustainability across all operations.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day production and factory operations across both locations.
• Implement lean manufacturing practices to optimize processes and reduce waste.
• Ensure compliance with workplace safety and environmental sustainability standards.
• Supervise production teams and provide training and performance oversight.
• Collaborate with procurement and finance teams to align production with budgets and targets.
• Monitor supply chain logistics to ensure timely delivery and inventory management.
• Support the execution of strategic investments and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in production or operations management, preferably in manufacturing or recycling industries.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• In-depth knowledge of manufacturing processes and logistics coordination.
• Familiarity with lean manufacturing, safety regulations, and sustainability practices.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, or a related field.
