Product Manager (Agile & Product Ownership Focus)

Key Responsibilities

Product Ownership & Strategy

  • Own the entire product lifecycle from ideation to deployment
  • Collaborate with the founder to define and evolve the product roadmap
  • Conduct competitive analysis to design differentiated, high-impact features
  • Rapidly iterate on new feature development, gather user feedback, and optimize outcomes
  • Identify product-market fit gaps and uncover opportunities through data and insight
  • Translate vision into product stories that drive value and growth

Agile Execution & Delivery

  • Lead daily standups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews
  • Manage and groom a well-prioritized Jira backlog with clear user stories
  • Align cross-functional teams (engineering, design, business) to sprint goals
  • Own sprint metrics, burndown charts, and reporting
  • Remove blockers and ensure timely delivery of planned features
  • Keep stakeholders informed with structured updates and delivery clarity

Minimum Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner, or Agile Lead
  • Proven ability to conceptualize, define, and deliver competitive digital products
  • Strong grasp of Agile methodologies and experience running full Scrum ceremonies
  • Hands-on experience with Jira, backlog management, sprint velocity tracking
  • Demonstrated ability to think innovatively, make data-driven decisions, and drive product success
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • High accountability, self-leadership, and ownership mindset

Nice-to-Have

  • Background in SaaS, ERP, retail tech, or FinTech
  • Experience working in early-stage startups or product-led growth teams
  • Technical familiarity with APIs, cloud infrastructure, or databases
  • Design thinking or UX sensibility
