Product Manager (6-Month Contract – MVP Delivery)

Job Description:

We’re hiring a Product Manager to lead the execution of our MVP from strategy to release. This is a contract role for 6 months with a fixed salary and room for extension. You’ll be responsible for building the roadmap, collaborating with engineers and designers, and delivering a working MVP to market.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain product vision, roadmap, and priorities
• Write detailed PRDs (Product Requirement Documents), user stories, and acceptance criteria
• Collaborate with internal designers and engineers to deliver the MVP
• Lead agile ceremonies (stand-ups, retros, sprint planning)
• Manage internal deadlines, team updates, and sprint reviews
• Coordinate user research, test assumptions, and adapt product plans
• Track product KPIs and recommend feature iterations

Required:

• 3+ years of product management experience
• Experience shipping or owning software MVPs from idea to launch
• Strong PRD writing and stakeholder communication skills
• Experience with tools like Notion, Trello, GitHub, Figma, Slack
• Familiarity with technical teams (React, Node.js, Go) and agile delivery

Bonus:

• Experience working on developer tools, marketplaces, or SaaS products
• Background in a startup or lean product environment
• Comfort running user interviews or usability tests

Compensation

• ₦300,000 per month (net pay)
• Bonus available on meeting major product delivery milestones
• Fixed 6-month contract, with potential extension or equity opportunity post-launch
