Requirements:

3–5 years’ experience in procurement and quantity surveying within the construction or real estate industry.

Strong knowledge of construction materials, procurement processes, and cost estimation.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management tools.

Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.

Professional certification (e.g., RICS, NIQS) is an added advantage.

Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.

Detail-oriented with integrity and the ability to work under pressure.

Remuneration: ₦400,000 Net Monthly
