Job Description:

We seek to hire a highly skilled Private Chef with familiarity with cooking with low salt/sugar wanted for a family of five in Lagos. Generous salary (350k-400k monthly) and benefits

• Minimum Qualification : Vocational
• Experience Level : Mid level
• Experience Length : 3 years
• Working Hours : Full Time

Responsibilities:

• Prepare a variety of fresh, high-quality meals, including continental, Nigerian, and salad dishes.
• Plan menus that align with the family’s dietary preferences, including low-salt and low-carb options.
• Manage daily meal preparation, ensuring meals are ready on time for a family of five.
• Maintain a clean, hygienic, and well-organized kitchen at all times.
• Source and manage ingredients, ensuring freshness and minimizing waste.
• Adapt recipes as needed to meet specific health and nutrition requirements.
• Maintain an efficient workflow and proactively manage kitchen supplies.
• Occasionally prepare meals for special occasions and events as requested.

Requirements:

• Highly skilled, reliable chef wanted for a family of five.
• Well-versed in continental and Nigerian dishes as well as salads.
• Minimum 3 years of hotel/restaurant and 2 years of residential experience.
• Must keep a clean and well-organized kitchen, work efficiently, and have meals ready on time.
• Must have a repertoire of low salt low carb recipes or be able to learn some.
