Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and nurturing Preschool Teacher to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for fostering a safe, creative, and engaging learning environment for children aged 3 to 5. The Preschool Teacher will develop and implement age-appropriate lessons that encourage social, emotional, cognitive, and physical growth in students. This position requires patience, creativity, and a passion for early childhood education.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and implement a developmentally appropriate curriculum based on the needs and interests of children.
• Create a warm, safe, and stimulating classroom environment that fosters curiosity and learning.
• Facilitate social and emotional development by guiding children in forming positive relationships with peers and adults.
• Develop basic language, literacy, and numeracy skills through storytelling, play, and structured activities.
• Monitor and assess student progress, maintaining records of their academic and developmental milestones.
• Encourage positive behavior management strategies to promote a respectful and organized classroom environment.
• Communicate regularly with parents or guardians about students’ progress and any areas of concern.
• Collaborate with other teachers and staff to ensure a consistent approach to education and care.
• Ensure the safety of children by adhering to all school policies and safety protocols.
• Participate in ongoing professional development to stay current on best practices in early childhood education.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₦45,000.00 – ₦70,000.00 per month
