Job Description:

We are a high-end wedding photography studio specializing in luxury, destination, and high-profile events. Our work is featured in top bridal publications and sought after by discerning couples worldwide.

We’re looking for an exceptionally talented Photo Editor to join our team on a remote, contract basis.

Key Responsibilities

• Edit 10–15 full weddings per year, delivering polished galleries that reflect our signature luxury aesthetic
• Perform comprehensive edits in Adobe Lightroom Classic and Photoshop, including:
• Advanced colour grading and HSL adjustments
• Tone curve refinements for perfect contrast and exposure
• Frequency separation retouching for flawless skin and detail
• Dodge & burn, spot removal, and other advanced retouching techniques
• Mimic our current editing style consistently—and proactively enhance it or recommend creative improvements to elevate our look
• Maintain brand consistency across all galleries, ensuring each image meets our high standards for brightness, colour harmony, and detail
• Organize and tag final images; prepare web-ready and print-ready exports

Must-Have Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional photo editing experience, ideally within wedding, portrait, or luxury lifestyle photography
• Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Lightroom Classic and Photoshop
• Deep understanding of:
• HSL panels and nuanced colour grading workflows
• Tone curves for precise control over highlights, midtones, and shadows
• Frequency separation and other high-end retouching techniques
• Proven ability to study and replicate an established editing style, while offering thoughtful enhancements or recommendations
• Impeccable attention to detail, with a track record of delivering flaw-free, magazine-quality images
• Strong time-management skills and ability to meet tight deadlines in a fully remote environment

Pay: ₦160,000.00 – ₦200,000.00 per month
