This is a full-time hybrid role for a Personal Care Assistant (PCA) located in Latina. The Personal Care Assistant will be responsible for providing high-quality personal care services, assisting clients with daily activities, communicating effectively with clients and their families, and ensuring a safe and comfortable environment. This role involves a combination of on-site work and the flexibility to work from home for certain tasks.

Qualifications

• Experience in Personal Care Assistance (PCA) and Personal Care Services
• Strong Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilities
• Compassionate, empathetic, and detail-oriented
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Relevant certifications or training in personal care assistance
• Previous experience in caregiving or healthcare settings is a plus
