Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and trustworthy PA/House Manager to support the Managing Director of a reputable company. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth running of the household and providing personal assistance to the MD.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage all domestic staff (cleaners, cooks, drivers, security, etc.)
  • Ensure all household operations run efficiently and on schedule
  • Supervise cleaning, maintenance, and overall upkeep of the home
  • Coordinate grocery shopping, household supplies, and inventory
  • Manage vendors and service providers (repairs, deliveries, etc.)
  • Keep the home environment organized, comfortable, and guest-ready at all times
  • Provide personal assistance to the MD including calendar management, errands, and travel coordination
  • Maintain discretion, confidentiality, and professionalism at all times

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a House Manager, Personal Assistant, or in a similar role
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills
  • Strong attention to detail and a proactive mindset
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
  • High level of discretion and trustworthiness
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Tech-savvy with basic knowledge of scheduling tools and communication app

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Background in hospitality, household management, or executive assistance
  • Driver’s license is an advantage
