Job Description:
- Booking and following up with appointments.
- Liaising with current staff to ensure smooth flow of home operations.
- Taking & summarizing minutes of meetings.
- Home and personal inventory management.
- Handling expenses and reconciliation.
Requirements
- A Bachelor degree/HND (with adequate work experience as a personal Assistant or related role).
- Good communication and organization skills.
- Must be resident in Lekki or Living within 1 hour drive from Lekki.
- Must be a Computer literate;
- Must be able to use Microsoft office suite and Google Workspace tools effectively.
- Honest, open-minded and willing to learn.
- Candidates should be a positive self-starter with a high level of initiative and motivation.
- Clear spoken and written English
- A high level of discretion and patience.
- Candidates must have clear, traceable and accessible references and a next of kin which is a family member.
- A Good knowledge of getting around Lagos is an added advantage.
