Job Description:

  • Booking and following up with appointments.
  • Liaising with current staff to ensure smooth flow of home operations.
  • Taking & summarizing minutes of meetings.
  • Home and personal inventory management.
  • Handling expenses and reconciliation.

Requirements

  • A Bachelor degree/HND (with adequate work experience as a personal Assistant or related role).
  • Good communication and organization skills.
  • Must be resident in Lekki or Living within 1 hour drive from Lekki.
  • Must be a Computer literate;
  • Must be able to use Microsoft office suite and Google Workspace tools effectively.
  • Honest, open-minded and willing to learn.
  • Candidates should be a positive self-starter with a high level of initiative and motivation.
  • Clear spoken and written English
  • A high level of discretion and patience.
  • Candidates must have clear, traceable and accessible references and a next of kin which is a family member.
  • A Good knowledge of getting around Lagos is an added advantage.
