Calendar and Schedule Management

* Manage the Chief Executive’s calendar, including scheduling appointments, meetings, and ensuring adherence to deadlines and commitments.

* Prioritize tasks, manage competing demands, and set reminders to maintain punctuality and preparedness.

* Maintain an organized and up-to-date scheduling system. Communication and Correspondence

* Manage phone calls, emails, and inquiries, prioritizing them by urgency and importance.

* Draft and compose professional correspondence (emails and letters) to support business operations and executive decisions.

* Manage incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries and packages.

* Organize and maintain electronic and paper filing systems for easy access and reference.

* Prepare meeting agendas and take accurate action points. Stakeholder Engagement and Strategic Communications

* Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders through various channels (phone, email, in-person meetings).

* Coordinate meetings and events for stakeholder engagement.

* Prepare communication materials and presentations for stakeholder briefings.

* Manage stakeholder inquiries and concerns, ensuring timely and professional responses.

* Manage internal and external communication channels (e.g., company website, social media) in collaboration with the Senior Manager on Strategy.

* Craft compelling messaging and content to effectively communicate with various audiences.

Presentation and Design

* Create visually appealing presentations, reports, and other marketing materials using Canva and other design software or apps.

* Maintain brand consistency across all communication channels including social media.

* Develop and manage visual content for social media and other online platforms Personal errands and Tasks

* Manage personal errands as instructed, such as pick-up and drop-off of laundry and dry cleaning, shopping, or arranging personal services.

* Discretion and trustworthiness are essential for any personal errands undertaken.

Meeting/Event Coordination and Management

* Organize and prepare for events/meetings, including venue setup, agendas, emailing materials, taking minutes and following up on action items

* Track expenses, prepare expense reports for approval and assist with budget preparation and monitoring to ensure adherence to company guidelines.

* Manage event logistics (venue selection, guest lists, catering) and handle on-site requirements for smooth execution.

Weekly Task Reporting

* Submit a daily report by the close of business, outlining completed tasks, ongoing projects, and any roadblocks encountered.

* The report should be concise and clear, focusing on key accomplishments and areas requiring further attention.

Pay: ₦100,000.00 – ₦200,000.00 per month
