Job Description:
Responsibilities:
– Prepare and bake high-quality pastries, small chops, and desserts.
– Develop signature recipes and enhance existing ones to align with – – Yolo the Chops brand.
– Adhere to all food safety and hygiene regulations, including adequate handling, storage, and sanitation practices.
– Assist with inventory management and stock rotation to minimize waste.
– Ensure fresh and visually appealing presentation of foods.
– Maintain kitchen equipment and report any maintenance issues.

Requirements:
– Minimum 2 years experience as a Pastry Chef, Baker, or in a similar role.
Proficiency in making Nigerian pastries (meat pies, puff-puff, chin chin, egg rolls, small chops, etc.).
– Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen.
– Strong attention to detail and presentation.
– Culinary certification is a plus.

Pay: ₦150,000.00 per month
