The ideal candidate has a passion for baking and pastry arts, with the ability to produce high-quality breads, pastries, desserts, and other baked goods consistently. This role requires attention to detail, time management, and a flair for presentation, all while maintaining the highest standards of hygiene and kitchen safety.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and bake a variety of breads, pastries, cakes, and desserts.
  • Develop new recipes and seasonal menu items.
  • Ensure consistency in taste, quality, and appearance.
  • Manage ingredient inventory and order supplies as needed.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the baking area.
  • Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff and management to meet production goals

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience.
  • A minimum of SSCE
  • Minimum Qualification : High School (S.S.C.E)
  • Experience Level : Entry level
  • Experience Length : 2 years
