Job Description:

The Operations supervisor will oversee daily manufacturing processes, ensuring production efficiency, quality control, and adherence to manufacturing best practices while leading a team to meet operational targets.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily production operations, ensuring targets are met efficiently.
• Supervise machine operators and factory staff, enforcing safety and quality standards.
• Monitor production schedules, raw material usage, and process optimization.
• Ensure equipment maintenance and troubleshoot minor operational issues.
• Implement and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) for all manufacturing processes.
• Apply best practices such as 5S, Total Productive Maintenance (TPM), and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
• Work closely with the Quality Control team to maintain product standards.
• Prepare and submit operational reports to management.

Requirements:

• Preferably BSc/HND in an Engineering or Industrial field.
• 3+ years of supervisory experience in manufacturing or industrial production.
• Strong knowledge of factory operations, equipment, and process optimization.
• Familiarity with 5S, TPM, GMP, and other best manufacturing practices.
• Ability to lead a team, enforce discipline, and maintain high efficiency.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
