Purpose Statement
We Are Seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Operations Performance Analyst to monitor, analyze, and optimize operational processes to enhance efficiency, productivity, and overall performance. This role involves leveraging data-driven insights to drive continuous improvement and ensure alignment with business objectives.
Responsibilities
- Analyze operational data and performance metrics to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for process optimization.
- Develop and implement performance measurement frameworks to track key operational KPIs.
- Monitor workflow processes to ensure operational efficiency and compliance with company policies.
- Provide actionable insights through data analysis and reporting to support decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve service delivery and operational outcomes.
- Conduct root cause analysis to identify and resolve operational bottlenecks.
- Generate periodic reports and dashboards to present performance findings and recommendations.
- Assist in the implementation of new operational strategies and process improvements.
- Support risk management efforts by identifying potential operational risks and proposing mitigation strategies.
- Continuously evaluate industry best practices and recommend improvements to enhance overall operational performance.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Statistics, Economics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in operations analysis, business intelligence, or performance management.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data interpretation and performance tracking.
- Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Excel.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and communicate findings effectively to stakeholders.
- Experience in process optimization and workflow automation is a plus.
