At Naxa Wellness, we’re redefining women’s hormonal health and wellness through holistic and naturopathic solutions. As we scale, we need a Growth Marketer who thrives on data-driven strategies and has a passion for creating impactful campaigns that drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.

What You’ll Do

• Develop Growth Strategies: Craft and execute marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, lead generation, and sales growth.
• Optimize Sales Funnels: Build, test, and optimize funnels for both patients (personalized treatments) and customers (off-the-shelf products).
• Digital Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and scale paid ad campaigns across Meta, Google, and TikTok, focusing on ROAS.
• Content & Email Marketing: Collaborate with the content team to create SEO-driven content and email flows that nurture leads and boost conversions.
• Data-Driven Decisions: Analyze campaign performance, customer data, and market trends to improve strategies and increase ROI.
• Customer Retention: Implement loyalty programs, referral strategies, and personalized email campaigns to boost repeat purchases.
• A/B Testing & Experimentation: Continuously run tests on landing pages, ad creatives, and messaging to improve performance.

What We’re Looking For

✅ 3 years of experience in growth marketing, digital marketing, or a similar role.

✅ Strong knowledge of paid ads (Meta, Google, TikTok) and email marketing platforms.

✅ Proficiency in analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Insights) and CRM systems.

✅ Experience with conversion rate optimization (CRO) and funnel management.

✅ Creative problem-solver with a data-driven mindset.

✅ Strong copywriting skills for ad creatives, landing pages, and email marketing.

✅ Passion for health, wellness, and customer-centered marketing is a plus!
