The Operation Manager is responsible for the daily activities of the company to go on smoothly and efficiently. It includes supply chain, logistics, compliance and risk management, budgeting and business growth.

• Experience Level : Senior level
• Experience Length : 5 years

Responsibilities:

• Plan, and implement immersive and engaging brand experiences.
• Collaborate with internal teams to create innovative marketing campaigns.
• Measure and analyze the effectiveness of marketing initiatives
• Manage the experiential marketing vendors.
• Manage and coordinate all field activity including personnel
• Stay abreast with the latest trends in experiential marketing and adapt strategies as required.
• Ensure timely and accurate reporting on projects
• Recruit and train field teams
  

Requirements:

• Candidates should have at least 5 years of experience working in Experiential marketing.
• Proven track record of successfully managing and executing activations and events.
• Possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Have the ability to understand project needs.
• Have a vendor and field staff network.
