We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Business Operations Manager to oversee daily operations, optimize internal processes, and drive efficiency across the organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing teams, implementing quality assurance protocols, and streamlining workflows to reduce operational costs. This full-time position requires a proactive leader with a strong background in resource management, quality control, and strategic development.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the business, ensuring all departments run efficiently and effectively.
• Recruit, onboard, and train operational staff, ensuring alignment with company standards and goals.
• Implement and maintain quality assurance procedures to enhance product/service delivery.
• Identify and eliminate inefficiencies in operations through continuous process improvement.
• Collaborate with senior management to develop and execute strategic plans.
• Monitor key operational metrics and prepare regular performance reports.
• Manage budgets and allocate resources to maximize productivity and reduce costs.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in operations, business management, or a similar leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of resource planning, quality control, and cost management.
• Excellent organizational, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and business management tools.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
