Job Description:

We are looking for a highly adaptable and proactive professional to support a wide range of tasks, including SharePoint and Nintex Process Manager administration, UI/UX design in Figma, employee management, data organization, sales and marketing, and personal assistance. This role requires someone who is resourceful, willing to learn, and capable of figuring out solutions independently. The ideal candidate should be able to take initiative, manage multiple responsibilities, and represent the employer when necessary.

Key Responsibilities:

SharePoint & Nintex Management: Manage and optimize SharePoint sites, workflows, and process documentation using Nintex Process Manager.

UI/UX Design: Develop user-friendly interfaces using Figma for various digital projects.

Employee & Task Management: Oversee and coordinate remote teams, ensuring efficiency and productivity.

Sales & Marketing: Help generate leads, attract clients, and contribute to business growth through strategic marketing efforts.

Personal Assistance & Data Organization: Manage schedules, files, and essential data storage while assisting with administrative tasks.

Technical & Remote Support: Be readily available to remote into systems and execute tasks as needed.

Project Support & Problem-Solving: Take ownership of assigned tasks, figure out solutions, and ensure smooth execution.

Continuous Learning & Adaptability: Be open to learning new tools, technologies, and methodologies as required.

Requirements:

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in SharePoint and Nintex Process Manager.

Strong UI/UX design skills using Figma.

Experience with remote collaboration tools.

Basic understanding of marketing, sales, and client acquisition strategies.

Soft Skills:

Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking.

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.

Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

Willingness to take initiative and learn new skills as needed.

Other Requirements:

Reliable internet connection and availability to work full-time remotely.

Must be responsive, adaptable, and ready to take on new challenges.

Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage but not mandatory.

Pay: ₦100,000.00 – ₦150,000.00 per month
