Operations Associate & Project Lead – Bridal Fashion

Job Description:

The ideal candidate will oversee daily operations in styling, production, and customer service. This role is crucial for maintaining operational standards, managing production teams, ensuring quality control, and facilitating seamless client and vendor interactions. The successful candidate must possess strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Supervise and coordinate the production and creative teams, ensuring timely completion of all tasks
• Implement quality control protocols across all stages of the production and service process
• Enforce workplace policies, including punctuality, approved breaks, and conduct, and apply penalties where applicable
• Oversee employee schedules, monitor attendance, and manage deadlines to ensure an efficient workflow
• Ensure timely and professional handling of customer inquiries and order management
• Conduct quality control checks on client orders for accuracy and timely fulfillment
• Manage follow-up communications with customers to ensure satisfaction
• Identify and resolve operational inefficiencies; implement effective process improvements
• Collaborate with design and marketing teams to support product launches and events
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the production environment

REQUIREMENTS

• Proven experience in operations management, project supervision, or related roles within fashion, luxury, or similar industries
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities
• Excellent organizational skills and high attention to detail
• Ability to enforce policies and uphold a disciplined work environment
• Proficiency in order management systems and CRM tools
• Excellent problem-solving and multitasking abilities
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience in luxury fashion production or retail operations
• Passion for high-end fashion and dedication to delivering quality
• Background in project management or human resources
• Familiarity with apparel manufacturing and quality assurance standards
• Knowledge of inventory management and supply chain processes
• Visual merchandising skills (optional but beneficial)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₦200,000.00 per month
